Managing Director, Brendan Clohesy founded Fez Constructions in 2012 and currently leads a passionate team of construction professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results. The company continues to extend its capabilities and versatility, building high quality custom designer homes and larger scale commercial and industrial projects.

Brendan’s 15 years of industry experience began upon completion of his carpentry apprenticeship, expanding his general skills and knowledge working on architectural renovations and new builds. His passion for travels then saw him relocate to London for two years where his career led him to work on some of the biggest supermarket fit-outs across the UK, being appointed site foreman and progressing on to project manager.
Brendan then returned to Australia where circumstances saw him relocate to Darwin, where he continued working on commercial job sites and expanding into larger industrial projects. Brendan’s time spent in the Top End working in unison with some of NT’s biggest stakeholders taught him valuable insight into the workings of commercial business, building on core values such as strong communication and team management, ultimately setting the foundation for the founding of Fez Constructions.
